When researching special visual effects for film, I found that the process behind the effects (such as programming) is also beautiful. When a computer generates special effects for film and television through a program, it is like the process of human dreaming. Every frame of the scene can be said to be imagined by the computer. So, I used a deep learning program called Deep Dreams. The special thing about this program is that you can show two photos to the computer, and then the computer will generate a new photo by the similarity of the two given photos. I was less involved in the process of imaging, and I could not predict what kind of photos the computer would generate. So the deep dream program is a program that allows the computer to dream. I ended up making an animation of the computer's imagined photos together. The whole animation is about the relationship between human and machine interaction. My visual design was inspired by Tarkovsky's Stalker and the 2001 Space Odyssey. Special effects design was inspired by Van Gogh's starry sky, pollock's abstract paintings, cubism, etc.
